Google Business Profile (GBP) Creation/Optimisation (1-Hour Service)

Service Description: This service provides either the creation of a brand new Google Business Profile (GBP) or optimisation of an existing GBP, limited to a one-hour timeframe. Because of the time constraint, this service focuses on the most crucial elements for establishing or improving your online presence.

Qualification: We will determine if the customer qualifies for this limited-time offer. This offer may not be available to all businesses.

Offer Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel this offer at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to, unsuitability of the client’s business type for the service, resource availability, or suspected misuse of the offer.

Scope of Work (Choose ONE option – Creation OR Optimisation):

Option 1: GBP Creation (New Listing)

• Account Setup: Creation of a new GBP listing using information provided by the client.
• Basic Information: Input of core business details: Name, Address, Phone Number (NAP), Website URL, Primary Category.
• Verification Assistance: Guidance and support with the GBP verification process (client responsible for completing the verification).

Option 2: GBP Optimisation (Existing Listing)

• Review and Assessment: Evaluation of the current GBP listing for completeness and accuracy.
• Key Optimisations: Focus on the most impactful optimisations within the time limit:
  • Primary Category Check: Verification and correction of the primary business category.
  • Business Description Enhancement (if time permits): Minor improvements to the existing description for clarity and keyword inclusion.
  • Attribute Review: Quick review and update of key attributes.
  • Photo Optimisation (if client provides): Basic optimisation of up to 3 provided photos.

Client Responsibilities:

• Information Provision: Client must provide all necessary business information before the scheduled service time, including:
  • Business Name, Address, Phone Number (NAP)
  • Website URL
  • Primary Business Category
  • List of relevant attributes
  • High-quality photos (if available and for optimisation service)
  • Access to existing GBP account (for optimisation service)
• Verification Completion (if applicable): Client is responsible for completing the GBP verification process.
• Timely Communication: Client must be available for brief communication during the scheduled service time.

Deliverables:

• Option 1 (Creation): A newly created and populated GBP listing ready for verification.
• Option 2 (Optimisation): An optimised GBP listing with key improvements implemented.

Exclusions:

• Advanced Optimisation: This service does not include in-depth keyword research, extensive business description rewriting, competitor analysis, or ongoing posting/management.
• Review Management: This service does not include responding to or managing customer reviews.
• Q&A Management: This service does not include monitoring or answering questions on the GBP.
• Local SEO: This service focuses solely on the GBP and does not include broader local SEO activities.
• Guaranteed Ranking: No specific ranking results are guaranteed.

Time Limit: The total service time is strictly limited to one hour. The agency will prioritise the most critical tasks within this timeframe.
